Name what's wrong in five days

One short email a day, one small exercise each. You finish with a named problem, a one-sentence direction and a first step with a date.

When to start

What happens next: Day 1 arrives within minutes (or next Monday, if you choose that), then one short email a day for five days, and a quick check-in a week later.

What you'll have by Day 5

  • One sentence naming what's actually wrong.
  • A clear view of what's fine on paper and what quietly drains you.
  • One sentence about what you want in the next year.
  • The decision you keep circling, and the real reason it's still open.
  • A completed one-page Decision Sheet with a first action and a date.

The five days

  1. Day 1, Notice. The thing you can't quite name.
  2. Day 2, Notice. "Fine on paper" and what's underneath.
  3. Day 3, Clarify. One sentence about next year.
  4. Day 4, Clarify. The decision you keep circling.
  5. Day 5, Act. Turn it into a first step.

Each email takes about two minutes to read and five to ten minutes to act on. A short check-in follows a week after Day 5.
